Free users can browse project leads with basic details (company, trade, state, signal type). Paid plans unlock contact guidance, source URLs, and the ability to save searches and get notified when new leads match your criteria.
What are outreach credits? +
Outreach credits let PMs send direct inquiries to contractors — request quotes, invite to bid, or start a conversation. Duo and Trio contractor plans include 5 credits/month. PM Pro gets 20/month, and PM Team plans have unlimited credits.
How is this different from a job board? +
BlueCollarAI is a B2B marketplace, not a job board. Instead of posting resumes and applying, contractors browse real project leads — bid signals, contract awards, and capacity signals — and decide which projects to pursue. PMs search for contractors by trade, certifications, and availability.
How do multi-account plans work? +
After subscribing, contact us at bluecollarai@polsia.app with your account email and we'll set up additional seats. Each account gets its own login with full access to project leads and saved searches.
What's included in Find Contractors? +
Find Contractors is the PM/GC product. Search contractor profiles by trade, certifications, licensed states, equipment, and availability. Pro plan ($199/mo) includes 20 outreach credits. Team plan ($499/mo) adds unlimited credits and multiple team seats.
How does payment work? +
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. After checkout, you'll be redirected to activate your account with your email address. Contractor plans renew annually; PM plans renew monthly. We'll remind you before each renewal.
Is my company data private? +
Yes. Your company profile and search activity are private. Contractor profiles are only visible to PMs with active subscriptions. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties.
