Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run the service. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for their benefit. We don't store the content of your tool queries beyond your active session.

If you're a free user, you're anonymous to us. If you're a Pro subscriber, we know your email and payment status — that's it.

What we collect

Free users (no account):

• An anonymous browser fingerprint — used only to enforce free usage limits (e.g., daily query caps). It is not tied to your identity.
• Anonymous page view data (page visited, timestamp, rough geographic region). No PII.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages accessed). Retained for 30 days, used for security and debugging only.

Pro subscribers:

• Email address — used to send your login link and subscription receipts.
• Payment status (active / cancelled / trial). We do not store card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
• Query history if you have a Pro account with saved history enabled. You can delete this at any time from your account settings.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.
• We don't share your data with third parties for advertising, analytics resale, or profiling.
• We don't store the content of your tool inputs or AI responses beyond your active session (unless you're a Pro user with history enabled).
• We don't send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.
• We don't track you across other websites.

Cookies and tracking

Meta Pixel: We run the Meta Pixel on all pages for ad performance measurement. This allows Meta to attribute ad conversions and optimize ad delivery. The Pixel may set cookies in your browser. If you want to opt out, you can use the Facebook ad preference tool or install a browser extension like uBlock Origin.

Analytics: We use a first-party analytics system that tracks page views anonymously. No third-party analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) are loaded.

LocalStorage: We store a random visitor ID in your browser's localStorage to manage free usage limits. This is a random UUID — not tied to any personal information.

How we use AI

Our tools use AI models (currently via OpenAI) to process your inputs and generate responses. Your inputs are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.

We recommend not entering sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential business data into tool inputs.

Data retention

• Free user session data: not retained beyond the session.
• Server logs: 30 days.
• Pro subscriber email and account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.
• Pro query history: retained until you delete it or close your account.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email us at bluecollarai@polsia.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We'll confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. We'll honor those requests — same email address.
