Acceptance of terms

By using BlueCollarAI (the "Service") — including any of the tools available at bluecollarai.polsia.app — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date above when changes are made.

Tools are for estimation and information only

BlueCollarAI provides tools for pump troubleshooting, equipment sizing, field calculations, job quoting, and related tasks. These tools produce estimates and informational outputs — not engineering specifications, certified designs, or professional recommendations.

Specifically:

• Pump sizing results are estimates based on the inputs you provide. Real-world performance depends on factors not captured in the tool.
• Hydrocyclone sizing calculations are based on published correlations (Plitt, Rietema). They are starting points for design work, not final specifications.
• Job quote calculations are based on inputs you enter. Accuracy depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
• AI-generated troubleshooting responses are based on pattern matching and general knowledge — not inspection of your actual equipment.
• Oilfield calculator results are mathematical conversions and estimates. Verify against applicable standards before use in engineering contexts.

Not a substitute for professional judgment

Nothing produced by BlueCollarAI tools constitutes professional engineering advice, certified design work, or a substitute for qualified professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying outputs against applicable codes, standards, and real-world conditions before acting on them.

If you are making decisions involving safety, structural integrity, regulatory compliance, or significant financial commitment, engage a licensed professional engineer or qualified expert.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Some tools use AI language models to generate responses. AI can produce confident-sounding output that is incorrect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.

Do not use AI-generated troubleshooting responses as a substitute for hands-on inspection, manufacturer documentation, or qualified technician assessment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueCollarAI and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on tool outputs
• Equipment damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from reliance on tool results
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in tool outputs
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Pro subscription terms

The Pro plan is billed annually at the rate shown at the time of subscription. No monthly billing — all plans are annual.

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds for partial years. We don't issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-year, your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
• Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the Pro price. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
• Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store card information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse the Service's APIs
• Circumvent usage limits through automated means
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
